How to Feel More Valued

Change Comes from the Inside-Out
If you want to feel more valued and appreciated in life, you have to realize that all change comes from the inside-out.

What this means is that the way people are treating you; is a direct reflection of how you are treating you. Do you value yourself? Do you honour your own needs?

How can you expect more from life, when you don't honour you?

If you want to feel more appreciation, appreciate yourself. Appreciate yourself for being kind to you, for honouring your own needs, for allowing yourself to feel. Then make sure you are actually following through on doing these things for yourself, so you are being true to yourself, too.

Do you want to feel more valued? Then value You. Value your time, your effort, your feelings of motivation. Value making the commitment to feeling your emotions so that you can heal the past forever.

Value your ability to feel, to allow, to sit with what is - and whatever emotions what is has brought up for you. What is, is your current life situation or challenge. Feel it. Feel it now. In your body. Feel your resistance to feeling.

You can only heal by being present with what is. What is, will aways bring up feelings and emotions of what was. What was, were your life situations and challenges from the past.

Your past unexpressed emotions influence what you are thinking and feeling now. The current situation of what is, enables you to heal the emotions of past. Just by feeling - without thinking about why you are feeling what you are feeling. It just is.

So when you allow yourself to feel into the now - as life presents its challenges to you now - value your time and effort to becoming more present. Become present by FEELING into the now.

Feel the physical sensations in your body of what life has presented to you NOW. Instead of thinking about it with your mind (which resists feeling) reach with awareness into how your body FEELS.

This will help bring you Present. You can only think or feel. Feeling brings you present. Choose wisely.

As you appreciate the effort you are putting in to feeling - and becoming more present; then life will reflect this value and appreciation back to you.

Remember, all change comes from the inside-out.
